digital and intangible products/services that are not subject to physical shipping.
3. Definitions
- Customer: the natural or legal person who purchases a product/service.
- Consumer: the Customer who is a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.
- Professional: the Customer who purchases for purposes related to their professional or business activity.
- Service: consulting services and/or digital products purchasable online.
4. Purchase procedure
The purchase is completed by selecting the product/service, entering the required data, and making payment through the methods available at checkout.
At the end of the procedure, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Prices and invoicing
Prices are indicated in Euro and, unless otherwise specified, include any applicable taxes.
The Seller may issue an invoice or fiscal document based on the data provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct billing information (e.g. company name, VAT number, tax code, PEC/SDI where applicable).
6. Payment methods
Payment for services and digital products must be made in advance,
before the service is provided.
Payments are processed through secure payment systems such as Stripe and/or PayPal,
or other authorized providers available at checkout.
Payment may be made using:
- Credit card;
- Debit card;
- Other electronic payment instruments enabled by the selected provider.
Information related to payment methods is transmitted directly to the payment providers
through a secure connection and is not processed or stored by the Seller.
The order is considered completed and the service confirmed only after successful payment.
If payment is not completed, the service will not be provided.
7. Service delivery
For consulting services (e.g. Strategic Audit Call), delivery takes place online (video call or agreed format).
After purchase, the Customer will receive instructions to schedule or agree on the date and time.
The Customer is required to attend the scheduled appointment on time and to have a suitable internet connection and necessary tools.
8. Rescheduling and missed appointment
Any requests to reschedule the consultation must be communicated with adequate notice.
In case of non-attendance by the Customer without prior notice, the Seller may consider the service as delivered,
unless otherwise evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
9. Right of withdrawal (Consumer)
According to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days.
However, for digital services and consulting services, legal exceptions may apply.
9.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in the following cases (for example):
- Services: if the performance has begun with the Consumer’s agreement and with acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium: if the execution has begun with the Consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing consulting services and/or digital products, the Customer may be required to provide explicit consent
to start the execution of the service and accept the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal where applicable.
10. Limitation of liability
The services offered are of a consulting and strategic nature. The Seller does not guarantee specific results (e.g. increase in sales, followers, or revenue),
as these depend on multiple factors not entirely controllable (market conditions, budget, execution, timing, Customer resources).
In any case, the Seller’s liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the Customer for the purchased service.
11. Intellectual property
Materials, documents, frameworks, schemes, texts, and outputs provided during or after the consultation remain the property of the Seller,
unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer may use them for internal purposes related to their project,
without the right of resale, distribution, or unauthorized publication.
12. Personal data processing
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the
Privacy Policy of the website.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, or validity of these Terms,
the competent court shall be that of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile (where applicable),
or alternatively that of the Seller in the cases permitted by law.
